By using Mr. Maskel’s Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Service
We offer residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning. Services booked are subject to availability, pricing, and confirmation.
2. Booking & Payment
We use this data to:
- Bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or form.
- Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to request upfront payment for larger projects.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Access to Property

5. Damages and Liability
While we take care with every clean:
- Mr. Maskel’s is not liable for pre-existing damage
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours
- Liability is limited to the cost of the service
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your clean, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean affected areas at no cost.
7.Client Responsibilities
- Secure valuables and fragile items
- Provide accurate property information
- Inform us of special cleaning needs (e.g., allergies, chemicals)
8.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
